Jason Hynes

I specialize in recruiting top talent for permanent full-time and temporary contract positions in the field of Records & Information Management. Our business covers the United States and Canada and is focused primarily on mid-through-executive level positions (Practitioners, Management & Consultants) that are involved with records, documentation, information, content management, and related technologies.

My educational background includes an engineering undergraduate degree (B.S. Industrial Technology) from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and an Executive MBA (MEP Program) from the University of Minnesota.

Prior to owning Vision Search Partners I held executive level sales and engineering positions with manufacturing companies that designed and produced engineered products for OEM applications. I was fortunate to have worked for excellent companies, led by extraordinary leaders, who taught me how to effectively manage business activities and lead talented people toward common goals. The broad business experience that I gained while traveling the globe, designing new products, developing new markets, and working closely with world-class customers and suppliers provided a strong foundation that allows me to bring value and perspective to my clients.

Beth Hynes

I specialize in recruiting highly talented mid-through-executive level professionals in the Records and Information Management industry throughout the United States. I also focus on RIM specific contract positions for project management and implementation of critical company initiatives, such as compliance, cost reduction, and process improvement.

My educational background includes a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. I am a Certified Records Manager (CRM) and have experience in public speaking on various RIM topics.

Throughout my professional career I have been involved with Records, Information Management and related technologies. I have experience with small-to-large companies — managing people and leading projects that involve creating policy and procedure, designing records systems, software installation, file conversions, data base management, compliance, retention schedules, disaster recovery, outsourcing, and training.
